Hello, I'm Sally!
From a child storyboarding short films and splicing together music videos at school to an edit and colourist assistant working at a prominent television post-production house, I’ve always been attracted to the power of editing for emotive and seamless storytelling.

Whether you’ve had a busy summer of weddings and events or if you need an editor’s eye on a short film or music video, I am dedicated to bringing your story to life through a carefully crafted edit that mirrors your unique style and intentions.

I can assist with footage culling, assembly, grading, audio mixing, and finishing all within a reasonable and pre-agreed timeframe.
Work, Education & Hobbies
I split my time between my freelance work as a video editor and colourist, and as an education coordinator for a post-production training outlet. Staying up to date with the industry is essential for me, plus I love the variety of my day to day!

Previously, I worked at an established post-production in the heart of central London. I worked across the offline, online and grade departments as an assistant on broadcast television shows such as The Apprentice, Squid Game: The Challenge, The Traitors and many other popular television shows.
In 2012, I studied a BA in Film & TV Production at Royal Holloway University. I then went on to work in marketing as a content creator and copywriter, freelancing for brands such as Bloom & Wild, Harrods and Benefit Cosmetics. In 2019, I undertook an MA in Post Production at the Met Film School in London where I further enhanced both my technical and creative skills, from picture cutting and motion effects to sound design and colour grading.

When I’m not working, I’m walking my gorgeous goldendoodle Elsie who I share with my partner Jon. Jon is a tech genius who keeps our home server up and running, making sure all your footage is in safe hands. I’m always uncovering my next creative hobby whether that’s knitting, painting or practicing the piano and I end most days watching a film.
